Special Orders for Wholesale Cuts of Beef

Whole sides of beef are available by special order and are prepared and packaged to your specifications by our full-time professional meat cutters. This is the most economical way to purchase fresh cuts of beef. Also available are whole New York Strips, Rib eyes, and Beef Tenderloins.

Vacuum Packaging Service is Available

Vacuum packaging is excellent for taking sausages or other meats to friends or relatives out of town or for your own freezer. This process helps to seal in the freshness of our meats.

We are happy to be able to share with you the advantage of vacuum packaging by offering this service to you at any time. However, due to the high cost of vacuum bags, we must charge for this service as follows: 10 cents for one pound or more per package and 15 cents for less than one pound per package. There is no charge to package a ten-pound total order into one-pound packages. However, to package a ten-pound total order into less than one-pound packages, a charge of 10 cents per package will apply.
