Here at Avril Bleh we know a thing or two about the meat business. For over 100 years we've been providing our customers with the best quality meats found anywhere in the City. We are a State and Federally certified processing facility. The majority of our meat products are Gluten free and contain no Monosodium Glutamate (MSG), no fillers, no food color enhancers or preservatives.  

 

We've received numerous awards for being the "Best Butcher" in the City. We offer a wide varity of meats including grass fed, locally sourced beef, premium pork, fresh seafood and locally sourced chicken.

 

We also have our own in-house smoker, sausage making machine and can provide dry aged beef and special cuts upon request.
